Accessibility Statement

Paysafe LLC, which operates ceyla.co (the “Site”), is committed to making this Site usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project, and we work to improve the experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

ceyla.co is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We describe the areas we are aware of in section 4 below, and we are actively working to address them.

• We consider accessibility when selecting and configuring the themes, apps, and templates used on the Site.

• We aim to provide meaningful alternative text for images that convey information.

• We aim to maintain sufficient colour contrast between text and its background.

• We aim to keep the Site operable using a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.

• We aim to use clear headings and a logical reading order so that screen readers can navigate the page.

• We aim to label form fields, including checkout fields, so that their purpose is announced by assistive technology.

• We review accessibility when we make significant changes to the Site.

We want to be straightforward about where we currently fall short. Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue that is not listed here.

• Third-party content and apps. Some functionality on the Site is provided by third-party applications and embedded content whose accessibility we do not directly control. We raise issues with those providers where we find them.

• Video and audio content. Not all video content currently carries captions or a text alternative. We are working to add these.

• Customer-submitted content. Photographs and reviews submitted by customers may lack descriptive alternative text.

• Checkout. The checkout portion of the purchase journey is hosted by Shopify, our e-commerce platform. We monitor its accessibility and raise issues with the provider where we find them.

Paysafe LLC assessed the accessibility of ceyla.co by self-evaluation, carried out internally. This Site has not been assessed by an independent third-party auditor. Should that change, we will update this statement.

The Site is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, on both desktop and mobile, used together with the assistive technology available on those platforms. The Site may not display or behave as intended on browsers that are several versions out of date.

Accessibility of ceyla.co relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

We review this statement when we make significant changes to the Site, and at least annually. The version published on this page, bearing the date at the top, is the version that applies.
