Is an Apple Watch included?

No. ReLoop is the silicone case and clip accessory. Use it with your own compatible Apple Watch. Keys, a charging cable and other props shown are not included.

How do I choose the right fit?

Compatibility details are being finalized. The 40 mm, 44 mm and 45 mm selections describe intended watch case sizes; the physical case fit has not yet been verified. Check the model and case size on your Apple Watch before choosing. Sizes are not interchangeable.

Will my watch work the same off my wrist?

Your Apple Watch may lock automatically when removed from your wrist, depending on its settings. Some features require unlocking or a connection to your iPhone or a network. Features that need skin contact, including wrist-based health measurements, are not available in this setup. Available features depend on your watch model, settings, battery and connection.

Does ReLoop need charging?

ReLoop is a passive case and clip with no electronics or battery. Your Apple Watch still needs its own normal charging routine. ReLoop does not charge the watch or restore a non-working device.

How do I attach it?

Remove both watch bands, gently fit your compatible watch into the silicone case, then attach the clip to a keyring or secure bag loop. Check the watch is seated and the clip is fully closed before use.

What should I know about everyday use?

Keep the clip closed and check the fit regularly. Carry your watch with care: ReLoop is not a guarantee against drops, scratches or water damage. The display remains exposed.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Upon successful placement of your order and payment confirmation, we typically process and prepare your order for shipment within 1-3 business days. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. If there is any significant delay in processing (e.g., an item is temporarily out of stock), we will notify you via email.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship our hair growth shampoo bars worldwide with certain exceptions. Our primary customer base is in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and other parts of Europe and Asia, and we strive to deliver to all these regions. If, for any reason, we cannot ship to your country or region, we will notify you at checkout or shortly after order placement and provide a full refund if payment was already made.
Please note: You are responsible for ensuring that import of our products is legal in your country. Our shampoo bars are topical cosmetic products, and some countries restrict, license, or require registration or additional documentation for the import of cosmetics or particular ingredients, so you should check your local rules before ordering. We are not responsible for packages refused or seized by customs due to unlawful status of the product in the destination country, but we will do our best to assist in such an unlikely event.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer two shipping options, both of which are presented at checkout:

• Tracked Shipping (11-21 Business Days) — $0.00: Our standard option. The parcel travels by post and is handed to your national postal service for final delivery. It is free on every order and usually delivers within 11–21 business days. Times can vary and may extend beyond that window for remote areas or due to customs clearance. Tracking is provided (often with limited tracking once the parcel passes to the local mail service in the destination country).


• Expressed Tracked Shipping (3-7 Business Days) — $4.73: A faster postal service that typically delivers within 3–7 business days. It costs a flat $4.73 per order and comes with tracking. We recommend it if you would like your order sooner or want more reliable transit times.

During checkout, each option will show its estimated delivery timeframe. Keep in mind these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates; actual delivery can be affected by factors outside our control (see “Delays” below).
Shipping Costs
We charge flat shipping rates rather than calculating a price from package weight or dimensions. Tracked Shipping (11-21 Business Days) is $0.00 on every order, and Expressed Tracked Shipping (3-7 Business Days) is $4.73 per order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize payment. The free option is always available to you, on every order and to every destination we serve — there is no minimum spend to qualify for it.
Be aware that only the faster option carries a charge, and that charge is the $4.73 shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are not included in the shipping fee (see “Customs, Duties & Taxes” below).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes tracking information. This will typically contain:

• The carrier name and service (e.g., the postal service or courier carrying your parcel).


• A tracking number or code.


• A URL or instructions on how to track the package. For international parcels, you might track via the dispatching postal carrier until it leaves the country of dispatch, and then via your local postal service site (using the same tracking number).

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the notification, as there may be a slight delay before the carrier scans the package into their system.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within the expected processing time, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International Orders (outside the United States): All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. As the recipient, you (the customer) are responsible for paying any such costs to your local customs authority or carrier before or upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these governmental charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as customs policies vary widely by country.
Here are important points to note:

• We will accurately describe the contents as a cosmetic product (shampoo bar) and declare the invoice value on the customs declaration form attached to your parcel, as required by law. We cannot mark orders as “ gift ” or understate the value to avoid customs fees, as that is illegal.


• If applicable, your country’s customs or the carrier will contact you (often via postcard, email, or phone) when the package is in customs, detailing any payable duties/VAT. They may hold the package until the charges are paid. Delays in payment can result in delivery delays or the package being returned to us.


• If a package is returned to us because you refused to pay import fees or did not arrange payment in time, we will treat it similar to a returned order. We can refund the product price minus any return shipping costs or fees we are charged (see Return Policy). We strongly urge you to be aware of your country’s import rules before ordering. If you need assistance or a rough estimate of duties, feel free to ask us and we’ll help to our best ability (though we can’t guarantee accuracy).

EU and UK VAT: As of now, we do not collect EU or UK VAT at checkout. If your order is below certain thresholds (e.g., €150 for EU, £135 for UK), normally the marketplace or seller must collect VAT under new rules. We are currently shipping directly from our fulfilment centre, and you as importer may be required to pay VAT on import or the carrier may require it on delivery. We are exploring options to streamline this (such as an IOSS registration for EU VAT collection) to improve customer experience. We will update our policies when / if we implement such systems. In the meantime, please be prepared for VAT payment on delivery. For higher-value orders above those thresholds, customs will definitely charge VAT and possibly duties (duty rates on cosmetic products vary by country, and some countries also ask for extra import paperwork, but VAT will apply at your country’s standard rate).
USA Sales Tax: For U.S. customers, any sales tax we are required to collect will be calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Where we are not required to collect sales tax in your state, some states may require you, as the purchaser, to self- assess use tax on your purchase when filing state taxes. If our obligations change under marketplace facilitator rules or state economic nexus thresholds, we will comply with state laws and either begin collecting sales tax or inform you accordingly.
Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages
Both of our shipping options are postal services, and neither requires a signature on delivery by default; the postal carrier may or may not request a signature depending on local practice. If delivery is attempted when no one is available, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt re-delivery. Often, postal shipments will be held at the local post office for a certain number of days for pickup. It is your responsibility to follow up with the postal service using the tracking information to arrange redelivery or pickup.
If a package is unclaimed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided, it may be returned to us. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (include any apartment or unit numbers, correct postal codes, etc.). If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to customer error (e.g., wrong address or failure to collect), we can reship it upon request, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. Alternatively, we can treat it as a return – see our Return and Refund Policy and the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for how refunds are handled in such cases (typically refund minus shipping costs). Because our products are personal care items sealed for hygiene reasons, any product that comes back with its seal or wrapper compromised is disposed of and is never returned to stock or resold; a returned parcel therefore results in a refund or a fresh reshipment, never a resale of compromised goods.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occur. Common causes of delay include customs processing in the destination country, weather disruptions, pandemic- related slowdowns, or carrier logistical issues. If your order is significantly delayed (more than a week past the estimated latest arrival), please contact us so we can help investigate. We may open a case with the carrier to track the package. Most delays are resolved with a bit of patience, but we understand it can be frustrating – we will do what we can to ensure you receive your order or a satisfactory solution.
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment (or within the agreed delivery timeframe), you have rights under consumer laws to a remedy. In the EU/UK, if we fail to deliver within the agreed time or, if no time agreed, within 30 days, you are entitled to cancel the order for a full refund. We voluntarily extend a similar promise to all our customers worldwide: if your package is extremely delayed or lost, we will either resend it or refund you. In practice, we consider a package “ lost ” if it hasn’t arrived within 30 days (for Expressed Tracked Shipping) or 45 days (for Tracked Shipping) after shipment, unless tracking shows it’s still making progress. We will file a lost package claim with the carrier and proceed with refund / reshipment.
Risk of Loss and Damage
All shipments are insured or otherwise protected against loss or damage in transit. We bear the risk of loss until the item is delivered to you (or a person designated by you) at the address you provided. This is in line with legal requirements for consumer sales. If the tracking shows “ delivered ” but you did not receive the item, please check with household members or neighbors to ensure it wasn’t mis- delivered, and contact the carrier for GPS delivery confirmation if available. Then inform us – we will work with you and the carrier to investigate. Ultimately, if a package was mis- delivered or lost after the carrier marked it delivered, we will make reasonable efforts to find it or file a claim. We may require you to sign an affidavit of non- receipt (for insurance purposes) before we re- ship or refund in such cases.
If your package arrives and the contents are damaged, a seal or wrapper is broken, or items are missing, please:

1. Note the damage with the carrier if possible (e.g., if box is visibly damaged, have the delivery person make a record or take a photo).


2. Take photographs of the damage to the packaging and the product.


3. Keep all packaging materials.


4. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Because our shampoo bars are personal care products sealed for hygiene, a damaged or unsealed item cannot be put right and cannot be resold – so our remedy is always a replacement shipment or a refund, at no cost to you. In most cases photographs are all we need, and rather than asking you to ship the affected product back we may ask you to dispose of it. Please do not use a product that arrives damaged or with a broken seal. Where an insurance claim requires it, we may ask you to cooperate in the claim process.

Once you (or your designated recipient) have accepted and taken possession of the package, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to you. This means you should take care in handling and storing your order once it arrives; any subsequent loss, theft, or damage that occurs in your possession is not covered by us (though your purchase might be covered by any personal insurance or possibly credit card purchase protection, if applicable). But rest assured, problems that occur up to delivery are on us.
Package Insurance
For larger orders, we typically insure the shipment for its full value. If a carrier offers default coverage (many postal services include insurance up to a certain value), we use that and may purchase additional coverage if needed. This insurance covers loss or damage in transit. You do not need to pay extra for this; it’s included in the shipping arrangements we make, and it does not change the price of either shipping option. In case of a claim, we handle the process, but as noted, may require information from you (like a statement or photos). Our goal is to ensure you either receive the product you ordered in good condition or get your money back.
Special Circumstances

• Pre-orders or Backorders: If you pre-order a product or if an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, the product listing or confirmation will inform you of the expected shipping date. We will ship such orders as soon as stock is available, and keep you updated of any changes. If at any time you wish to cancel a pre-order for a full refund before it ships, you may do so by contacting us.


• Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, we might ship them separately (for example, if one item is delayed or coming from a different warehouse). We will inform you if that is the case. You will not be charged extra for split shipments. The order confirmation or follow-up email will clarify which items are in each shipment and provide respective tracking numbers.


• Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can often update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once a postal shipment is in transit we generally cannot redirect it, so we will have to wait and see if it gets delivered or returned. Additional costs for reshipping to a corrected address may be passed on to you if the mistake was not ours, so double-check your address at checkout.


• Signature Requirements: Neither of our shipping options includes a signature requirement as standard, so in most cases the parcel will simply be left at your address or held for pickup. Whether a signature is requested depends on local postal practices; registered or held items often require a signature or ID at pickup. If you would prefer the parcel to be held at your local post office rather than left at the door, you can usually arrange that directly with the carrier using your tracking number.


• Unforeseen Events: In the event of major disruptions (e.g., natural disaster, major pandemic lockdowns, or geopolitical events) that affect international shipping, we will do our best to inform you of potential delays. If such an event makes fulfillment impossible, we will cancel and refund orders as necessary.

Returns


Last Updated: 19th of August, 20261. Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal) – Before Shipment

• Order Cancellation: If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a cancellation before your order has shipped. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible at contact@venatorcommerce.com with the subject “Cancel Order [Order #]”. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund of the purchase price and any shipping fees via your original payment method. This applies to any order that has not yet been dispatched.


• If Already Shipped: If your cancellation request comes after the order has been shipped or after it has been delivered (i.e., you receive the package and then decide you no longer want it), please refer to the relevant sections below. Once an order is in transit, we generally cannot intercept it to cancel delivery, but you may still refuse the delivery or contact us afterward per this policy.

2. 30-Day Return Period (Change of Mind)
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied or simply changed your mind, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies to customers worldwide, so it extends beyond the minimum 14-day EU right of withdrawal.
Conditions for 30-Day Returns:

• Sealed and Unopened (our main condition): The Ceyla hair growth shampoo bar is a personal care product sealed for hygiene reasons. Once its wrapper or seal has been opened, it cannot be returned to stock or sold to anyone else, so we cannot physically accept it back. To send a product back to us, it must be unopened with its factory seal intact.


• If You Have Already Opened It: Please do not ship opened product back to us. You are still covered by the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee — simply email contact@venatorcommerce.com within 30 days of delivery and we will process your refund without requiring a return. This is a deliberately more generous approach than the law requires (see Section 8).


• Include the original outer packaging where possible. If you have discarded the outer packaging, please ensure the sealed product is safely packed for the return journey. Missing non-essential outer packaging won’t necessarily void your return, but may reduce the refund if it causes a loss in the value of what comes back to us.


• You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the product (delivery date as per tracking). “Initiate” means contacting us to obtain return authorization (or simply sending an unopened item back with a clear statement inside; for EU withdrawals you can use the standard form). We strongly recommend you contact us first for a smooth process.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Email contact@venatorcommerce.com with your order number, the item(s) concerned, whether the pack is still sealed, and the reason (optional, but feedback is appreciated to improve our products). For EU/UK customers exercising the statutory withdrawal, stating “I wish to withdraw from the contract” is sufficient.


2. Receive Return Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and, if a physical return is needed, the return address (as listed above). We may also provide a pre-paid return shipping label in certain cases (damaged, unsealed-on-arrival or incorrect items, or special promotions). Typically, for change-of-mind returns of sealed product, the customer covers return shipping (see “Return Shipping Costs” below). Where the pack has already been opened, we will simply confirm your refund — there is nothing to ship.


3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the sealed item. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package or include it inside. Ship using a trackable method to the address provided. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.


4. Notify & Track: Email us the tracking number so we can also monitor the return.


5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will check its condition and process your refund (or exchange) accordingly. We aim to complete this within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds that do not require a physical return are processed as soon as we have confirmed your order.

3. Return Shipping Costs and Method

• Change of Mind (Customer pays): If you are sending back a sealed item because you changed your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, ordered the wrong item, etc., you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You may choose any reliable carrier; we advise using one with tracking and insurance for the value of the item, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you’d prefer, we can assist by providing a return label and deducting the shipping cost from your refund – let us know if you want this option and we’ll inform you of the cost.


• Damaged, Unsealed on Arrival or Wrong Item (We pay): If your order arrives damaged or crushed, with a broken or missing seal, or is a different item from what you ordered, we will cover any return shipping. We may provide a prepaid return label (for certain countries we have that capability) or ask you to ship via standard mail and reimburse the cost. In many cases — particularly where the seal is compromised and the product can no longer be sold — we will not ask for the item back at all, and will instead send a replacement or issue a refund directly. We’ll communicate with you based on the situation.


• Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery of the package and it is returned to us, we will treat it as a return. For change-of-mind refusals, you might be responsible for the return portion of shipping (as carriers charge return postage in such cases). However, we will not impose any additional restocking fee and will refund the product price when it arrives back. For refusal due to obvious damage in transit, we cover it as a carrier issue (no cost to you; see Shipping Policy on damaged parcels).


• Return Address: As mentioned, returns are processed at our returns facility in China. The address is: Paysafe LLC – Returns, Floor 1, Unit 3, Building 12, Wuxiye District 2, Futang Town, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, China. Please ensure this is clearly written on the package. If you’re in the USA/EU and this is international, we understand shipping can be a bit costly; we’re exploring local return options in the future, but return shipping costs vary by destination and service. Keep your postage receipt in case of reimbursement situations. Before paying to ship anything, please check with us first — in a great many cases we do not need the product back.

4. Condition and Inspection of Returns
When we receive your return, our team will check its condition:

• If the pack arrives back sealed, unopened and in resaleable condition, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price (minus any original shipping fee if that is not refundable – see below about original shipping).


• If the outer packaging is damaged, or units are missing from a multi-pack, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund reflecting the diminished value of what we received. We will be fair and transparent about this deduction: you will receive an email detailing any issues found and the amount deducted. We prefer not to deduct if avoidable, so please keep the product sealed and stored normally until you’re sure you want to keep it.


• If an item arrives back to us opened, unsealed, used, tampered with or repackaged, we cannot return it to saleable stock, and for health and safety reasons we will not send it back out to you or to anyone else — we dispose of it responsibly. That does not by itself cost you your money: if your request falls within the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee or a statutory right, we will still process your refund without the goods. We will always contact you rather than quietly deny a claim.

For damaged, unsealed-on-arrival or wrong items, our inspection is just to confirm the issue you reported (for example, checking the condition of the seal and the outer packaging). You will receive a full refund or replacement as chosen, provided our inspection aligns with the reported problem. (If we find the product is in fact intact and correctly supplied, we’ll get in touch to clarify and decide how to proceed — we won’t arbitrarily deny a return, but we might treat it as a normal change-of-mind return if the pack is still sealed.)
5. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, we will process the refund or exchange:

• Refund: We will issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will go back to that card. If PayPal, back to your PayPal account, etc. Please note that it can take a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on the bank or payment provider. We will email you a confirmation when the refund is processed on our end. If you used a gift card or store credit to purchase, we will reissue store credit.


• Original Shipping Fee: If your order included a separate shipping charge, here’s how we handle it:


o For full order returns (the whole order comes back, or the whole order is refunded): In compliance with EU regulations for consumer withdrawals, we will also refund the original shipping fee you paid up to the cost of our standard shipping option. Our standard option is Tracked Shipping (11-21 Business Days) at $0.00, so if you upgraded to Expressed Tracked Shipping (3-7 Business Days) at $4.73, we refund the standard cost only and the $4.73 upgrade is not refunded — unless the return is due to our error, in which case we refund it in full. For non-EU customers, we generally follow the same practice as a courtesy.


o For partial returns (you keep some items and return or refund others): Original shipping is usually not refunded, since we did ship part of the order to you as desired. Because we charge a flat shipping rate rather than pricing by item or weight, typically the shipping fee is considered earned if any part of the order was delivered successfully.


• Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns that meet our policy conditions. The only deductions from refunds would be for missing / damaged value as discussed, or unpaid return shipping costs that we covered on your behalf (e.g., you used our label and we need to subtract that amount).


• Exchange: If you requested an exchange (e.g., a different product) and we have agreed, we will ship the replacement to you once your claim is confirmed — for sealed returns, once the item is received and checked. We will not charge additional shipping for sending the exchange (except if it’s a significantly different item that changes shipping cost, but we’ll discuss that). If the exchange item is of a different value:


o If it’s higher-priced, we’ll arrange payment for the difference before shipping the exchange.


o If it’s lower-priced, we can refund the difference or issue store credit for the difference, as you prefer.


o Exchange shipments follow the same delivery times and tracking process as a new order (we’ll provide details on dispatch).

6. Exceptions to the Return Policy
While we aim to be flexible, some items cannot be sent back to us:

• Opened, Unsealed or Used Product (the main rule): Our product is a personal care item, sealed at the point of manufacture for hygiene reasons. Once that seal is broken we cannot accept the item back, restock it, or supply it to another customer under any circumstances — it is a personal hygiene product, not something that can be inspected and put back on the shelf. This mirrors EU and UK consumer law, which exempts goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, and unsealed after delivery, from the right of withdrawal. Important: this exception is about the goods travelling back to us, not about your money. Within 30 days of delivery, the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee still applies to opened product — we simply refund you without asking for a return.


• Gift Cards: If we offer gift cards, those are final sale and not redeemable for cash unless required by law (though the recipient can use them to purchase products which then fall under this return policy).


• Clearance or “As-Is” Items: If any product is sold explicitly as “Clearance”, “Final Sale”, or “As-Is” (meaning it’s heavily discounted and we’ve noted no returns), then it may not be eligible for return for change of mind, except where a statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer right applies to you. 7. Damaged, Unsealed or Incorrect Products
This section overlaps with our quality guarantee from the Terms, but to reiterate:
If your order arrives damaged or crushed, with a broken or missing seal, or is not what you ordered, through no fault of your own, you have the right to a replacement or a refund. Within 30 days of delivery, that choice is yours under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. After 30 days, contact us and we will honour any applicable statutory rights, including the 2-year EU legal guarantee where it applies. In addition, the product is covered by our voluntary 1.5-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects: if a manufacturing defect appears within 18 months of delivery, contact us and we will replace the product or refund you. Because a personal care product of this kind cannot be repaired, the remedy in every case is a replacement or your money back — never a repair. We will cover all shipping costs in such cases.
For minor issues — for example one damaged pack within a larger order — we may simply send a replacement or refund that portion without asking you to send anything back, which is faster for everyone. Please do not use a product that reached you damaged or with the seal broken; let us know and dispose of it, and we will make it right.

8. Process for EU/UK Consumers (Summary of Statutory Rights)
EU and UK consumers have certain statutory rights which we fully adhere to:

• If you exercise that right, we refund you within 14 days of being informed, but we can wait to refund until we have the goods back or proof of return shipping (we typically do wait for sealed goods or proof). Where the goods are sealed items you have already opened, we do not ask for them back at all and refund without a return.


• You must send sealed goods back within 14 days of notifying withdrawal, at your cost (unless we agreed to cover it). We will refund the original delivery charge as well (standard method).


• You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. For a sealed personal care product, essentially the only handling that reduces value is breaking the seal.


• EU and UK law exempts goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery, from the statutory right of withdrawal. Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee deliberately goes further than this: within 30 days we refund opened product too, without a return.


• Separate from the above, you have at least a 2-year legal guarantee for any lack of conformity (defective product) that was present at delivery (or that manifests later within that period without misuse). During that period you can request a free remedy — for a product of this kind repair is not possible, so the remedy is replacement — and if replacement is impossible or disproportionate, a refund or price reduction. • Our returns and refunds policy does not affect these legal rights; it is intended to implement them and even exceed them in some respects (like the extended period, global coverage, and refunding opened product).

9. Refund Timeline and Customer Support
We strive to handle returns quickly:

• Where no physical return is needed (opened product, or claims we settle directly), we aim to approve and issue your refund within 5 business days of your email.


• Where a sealed item is shipped back to us, it usually takes 7-21 days to reach us (depending on your location and shipping method).


• After arrival, we aim to check the item and issue the refund within 5-7 business days.


• After refund issued, your bank/card may take 2-7 days to post it.

These Terms apply to all users, including without limitation those who are browsers, customers, merchants, or contributors of content. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this website or services.
Because we offer goods to customers in the European Union, we are required under Article 27 GDPR to appoint a representative in the EU. Paysafe LLC is in the process of designating an official EU representative. Once appointed, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy with the representative’s name and contact details. Until then, EU customers may contact us directly at contact@venatorcommerce.com for all GDPR- related matters.
2. Scope of Terms and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ceyla website and any purchase of products (“Products”) or services (“Services”) from us. Additional policies referenced in these Terms (such as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy) form part of these Terms. Please read all policies carefully. In the event of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions prevail, except where local law provides otherwise for consumer contracts.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order on our site. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.
3. Product Information and Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. If VAT is due in your jurisdiction, it will be collected by your local customs authority or carrier upon import.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, and pricing information on our site are accurate. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) by default. For customers in other regions, our site may allow currency selection for convenience, but all transactions will ultimately be processed in USD (or the currency indicated at checkout). Taxes and duties: Unless expressly stated, prices do not include any applicable sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, or import fees. Customers shipping to addresses outside the United States (for example, in the EU, UK) are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or local taxes that may be levied upon importation. We will make efforts to inform you at checkout of any known charges, but ultimate responsibility for complying with local tax laws lies with the customer. All pricing is provided with transparency in mind; we do not engage in hidden fees or surcharges. If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you with the correct price and you may choose to proceed or cancel the order without penalty.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an Order: By placing an order through our online checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Product(s) and/or subscribe to Services under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is accepted, and a contract of sale is formed, only when we send you a confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been accepted and payment has been processed. This confirmation will include the details of your purchase. If we are unable to accept your order (for example, due to stock unavailability, suspicion of fraud, or an error in product information), we will inform you and not charge you or promptly refund any amounts already charged.
Account Creation: Some features (like viewing order history) may require creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Payment and Billing
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. All payments are processed via secure payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment method and you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the full order amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping fees) to that payment method.
Your payment will be charged immediately upon our acceptance of your order. All purchases on our site are one-time purchases; we do not currently sell subscriptions (see Section 6). All billing information must be truthful and accurate; providing false billing information is a breach of these Terms.
We do not store your full payment card details on our systems; payments are handled by our PCI- compliant payment service providers. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change, but no change will affect orders you have already placed and received a confirmation for.
6. One-Time Purchases — No Subscriptions
All products on our site are currently sold on a one-time purchase basis. We do not offer subscriptions, and placing an order will never enroll you in recurring billing: you will only ever be charged for the order you place at checkout. If we introduce an optional subscription service in the future, its terms — billing interval, price per period, renewal mechanics, and a simple online cancellation mechanism — together with all legally required disclosures and consents (including under the FTC’s Negative Option Rule and applicable EU/UK rules), will be clearly presented at checkout before you subscribe, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We handle product shipment pursuant to our detailed Shipping Policy (see Shipping Policy section below), which is incorporated here by reference. Key terms include:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise noted. We will notify you of any unforeseen delay in dispatch.


• Delivery Times: Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. We currently offer Tracked Shipping (11-21 Business Days) and Expressed Tracked Shipping (3-7 Business Days). Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to customs or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (such as customs clearance or courier delays), but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues.


• Shipping Costs: Shipping options and costs are clearly shown during checkout. Tracked Shipping (11-21 Business Days) is offered at $0.00 and Expressed Tracked Shipping (3-7 Business Days) at $4.73. Any applicable import duties or taxes are not included in our shipping fees (see Section 3 on taxes). You are responsible for such charges upon delivery, if any. We have no control over and cannot predict these charges, but we will provide documentation to facilitate customs processing.

Risk of Loss: All orders are shipped with the risk of loss or damage passing to you only when you (or a person designated by you) have physically received the goods. This means that we remain responsible for any loss or damage to the Products until they are delivered to you. If a package is lost in transit, or arrives damaged or with its packaging or seals compromised, please inform us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If you as the customer arrange your own shipping or pickup (i.e., use a carrier not offered by us), risk may transfer to you when the goods are handed over to your chosen carrier (per EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 20). Title to the goods passes to you upon full payment and delivery of the goods.
Delivery Deadlines and Failure to Deliver: We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within any timeframes indicated. If we cannot fulfill delivery within 30 days of order acceptance, or within any expressly agreed timeframe, you have the right to cancel the purchase for a full refund. In such cases, please contact us to cancel due to non-delivery, and we will process your refund promptly. This does not apply if you, the customer, provided an incorrect address or failed to collect the package leading to failed delivery; however, we will work with you to reship the order if possible (additional shipping fees may apply in that scenario).
8. Returns and Withdrawal (Cancellation)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our Return and Refund Policy (detailed in the Return and Refund Policy section below) is incorporated into these Terms. Because our Products are personal care items sealed for hygiene reasons, the rules below are built around a simple principle: an item that has been opened cannot be resold, so we do not ask you to send it back — we refund or replace it instead. In summary:

• 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: We advertise a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and honor it for all customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Ceyla shampoo bar or any other product, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit according to our policy guidelines. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned to us. Opened items should not be sent back — for health and safety reasons we cannot accept or resell an opened personal care item — and we will process your refund or replacement without requiring their return, asking only that you dispose of any remaining product safely.


• EU/UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you are entitled by law to a 14-day “ cooling -off” period in which you may cancel your purchase for any reason (or no reason) and obtain a full refund. Our 30-day money back guarantee extends this right – we will honor cancellations up to 30 days – but we explicitly guarantee that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right is afforded with no restocking fees or penalties. The 14-day period starts the day after you receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product to us, or, where the product has been opened and we have told you not to send it back, to confirm that you have disposed of it. We will provide a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof that you have sent it back, or your confirmation of disposal where no return is required), including standard outbound shipping costs (if any were charged on the initial purchase) in accordance with EU law.


• How to Initiate a Return/ Withdrawal: To initiate a return or withdrawal, contact us at contact@venatorcommerce.com with your order details and a statement that you wish to return the item or cancel the contract. We will reply with instructions, including whether the item needs to be sent back at all, the return shipping address (see below) and any required materials (like an RMA number or form). You may (but are not required to) use the EU model withdrawal form available in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU; an equivalent template can be provided upon request.


• Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning an unopened product because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We can assist by recommending a carrier or providing a shipping label and deducting the cost from your refund, if feasible. If the refund is due to a product defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will bear the return shipping cost, or provide a prepaid return label. Where we tell you that an opened item does not need to be sent back, you will pay nothing for return shipping. In all cases where a return is required, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring the product is safely packaged. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us.


• Condition of Returned Items: Where an item is being sent back to us, please return it in its original condition with its seals intact. You may handle and inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature and characteristics (as you would in a physical store) — for a personal care product this means examining the outer packaging and labelling, not unsealing or using the product. If an item is returned with broken seals, with units missing from a multi-pack, or otherwise damaged or tampered with (not due to our fault) beyond what is necessary to examine it, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund an amount reflecting the diminished value of the goods, in accordance with EU law and similar principles. We will notify you of any such deduction. No such deduction will ever be applied to an opened item that we have told you not to return, or where you are exercising the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee because you were not satisfied with the product.


• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different variant or quantity), you may do so by returning the original item if it is unopened (per the above procedures) and placing a new order. We will process the appropriate refund for the original item once it is received, or once we have confirmed that no return is required. In cases of defective, damaged, or non-conforming products, we will offer you the choice of a replacement (exchange) at our cost or a full refund.


• Opened and Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, a personal care product whose packaging or seals have been opened cannot be returned to stock or resold, and we will not ask you to ship it back to us. This does not cost you your remedy: within the 30-day window your remedy is simply a refund or a replacement rather than a physical return, and you keep every statutory right described in these Terms. We indicate on the product page which items are supplied sealed. None of this affects your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.


• Return Address: All returns must be sent to our returns facility in China (unless otherwise directed). The return address is:

We operate a single returns facility. (If an additional local return facility becomes available in future, we will update our policy accordingly.)

• Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email confirmation; where no return is required, we will confirm your refund once we have your request. Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, etc.) within 14 days of our receipt of the return, of you providing proof of return shipment, or of our agreement that no return is required, whichever is earlier. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If an initial outbound shipping charge was applied, we will refund that cost as well (up to the cost of standard shipping) when the entire order is returned or refunded, in line with EU regulations. If only part of an order is refunded, we will refund pro-rata costs as appropriate. We do not charge any restocking fees. Import duties and taxes paid by international customers are generally non- refundable by us (you may inquire with your customs office for potential reclaim).


• Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery of a package (for example, because you changed your mind or the package arrived visibly damaged), this will be treated as a return. Please notify us if you decide to refuse delivery. Once the package is returned to us by the carrier, we will process it as a returned item. No restocking fee will apply in such cases, and you will receive a refund as described above (minus any fees for which you are responsible, such as return shipping if applicable). Our previous policy statements that indicated a refusal would forfeit the refund or incur a fee are hereby withdrawn – you will not be penalized for exercising your lawful right of return.

These return provisions are designed to comply with and exceed applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and relevant U.S. state laws. They do not affect any statutory rights you have. For instance, goods that are faulty or not as described are eligible for a refund or replacement regardless of any time limit (see Section 9 below on product quality and legal guarantees). 9. Product Quality, Warranties, and Legal Rights
We stand behind the quality of our hair growth shampoo bars and related products. You should receive goods that conform to the description and specifications presented on our website and that are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
Statutory Warranty (EU/UK): If you are an EU or UK consumer, any product you purchase from us comes with a legal guarantee of conformity. This means that if the item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to have the product brought into conformity or to receive an appropriate price reduction or refund, for at least two years from receipt of the product (or longer, if your national laws provide a longer period). Because our Products are personal care goods that cannot be repaired, bringing a product into conformity means replacing it; where replacement is not possible or not appropriate, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund. This legal guarantee is provided at no cost to you and cannot be waived. For UK consumers, similar rights exist under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (e.g. the product should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described). Nothing in our policies will limit or exclude these mandatory consumer rights. If you encounter a product issue within the statutory guarantee period, please notify us and we will work to resolve it in line with your legal rights (which may include replacement, price reduction, or refund).
Implied Warranties (U.S.): For U.S. consumers, to the extent required by law, our products come with implied warranties under state law (e.g. an implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). We do not disclaim these warranties for consumer purchases where such disclaimer is prohibited. For New York consumers and others where applicable, the implied warranties last for the minimum duration required by law. Some U.S. jurisdictions do allow the exclusion of implied warranties for certain products; however, we choose to honor a voluntary quality commitment for our products globally in the form of the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee advertised at checkout. This means that if within 30 days of delivery your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, is not as advertised, or you are simply not satisfied, you can contact us and we will replace it or refund you, even where not mandated by law. This voluntary guarantee gives you specific benefits in addition to any legal rights. It does not limit any statutory warranty or guarantee period (e.g. if your state or country provides a longer duration, that applies).
Guarantee Terms: Aside from the above, the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee we advertise at checkout is a contractual commitment from us; its detailed operation is set out in Section 8 and in our Return and Refund Policy. It is offered in addition to, and does not diminish, your legal rights, and it does not replace the EU/UK legal guarantee of conformity described above. In addition, our products are covered by a voluntary 1.5-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects: if a manufacturing defect appears within 18 months of delivery, contact us and we will replace the product or refund you. This warranty is likewise in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
How to Obtain Service: If you believe a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at contact@venatorcommerce.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for photographs of the item and its packaging, which is usually all we need to resolve the matter. We will not ask you to ship back an opened personal care product for inspection. If a defect or non-conformity is confirmed, we will send a replacement product at our expense or issue a refund, at your choice where the law gives you that choice. We will do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you.
Limitations: The legal guarantee and our voluntary guarantee do not cover product that has been tampered with, damaged after delivery, or stored or handled contrary to any storage instructions or dates shown on the packaging. Product that has simply been used up in the ordinary course is not defective. None of these limitations affect your statutory rights, and none of them limit the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, which applies within 30 days of delivery whether or not you have opened the product. We will always evaluate issues in good faith with customer satisfaction in mind.
10. Limitation of Liability
No Unlawful Exclusions: Nothing in this section (or elsewhere in these Terms) is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. This includes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees or agents, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer. Specifically, for EU/UK consumers, we do not exclude or limit liability for failure to supply products that meet the requirements of quality and conformity under law, and for US consumers we do not exclude liability for violations of applicable consumer protection statutes or regulations (such as the FTC Act’s prohibition on unfair or deceptive acts).
Indirect Damages: Subject to the above, Paysafe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or purchase of any products or services. This includes, for example, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our products are intended for personal consumer use; we are not liable for business losses. We supply the products only for personal and household use. If you use the products for any commercial, business, or re-sale purpose without our authorization, we will not be liable for any business losses.
Direct Damages Cap: Except for the types of liability that cannot by law be limited, our cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the purchase or use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question. In other words, our maximum liability will not exceed the price of the item or service that gives rise to the claim. This limitation is cumulative and not per- incident.
No Waiver of Consumer Rights: You have certain legal rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded. The limitations above are intended to be as broad as permitted by law and to coexist with consumer rights. For example, EU consumers have rights to remedies for faulty goods up to 2 years; nothing here restricts those rights. If you are a consumer, the remedies provided in these Terms are in addition to any legal remedies available under consumer protection laws.
Release for Force Majeure: Paysafe LLC is not responsible for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such failure is caused by an event that is outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, epidemics, strikes, supply shortages, or interruptions in transportation or utilities (“Force Majeure ”). However, this does not remove your right to receive a refund for undelivered goods or services.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law: This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non- contractual disputes) shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. However, if you reside outside the United States, you may have additional rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms will deprive you of those protections. In particular, if you are an EU or UK consumer, the laws of your country that provide you greater consumer rights will apply notwithstanding the choice of Delaware law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
Jurisdiction: You and Paysafe LLC agree that Delaware courts shall have non- exclusive jurisdiction. This means that we both retain the right to bring a claim in Delaware, and you may also be entitled to pursue legal action in your local courts if mandatory laws so allow (for instance, EU consumers may initiate proceedings in the Member State where they reside). By agreeing to non- exclusive jurisdiction, we do not waive any rights to have disputes resolved in your home country if required by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue. Our customer service contact is contact@venatorcommerce.com, and we will make good- faith efforts to resolve any complaints promptly and fairly. For EU consumers: although as a Delaware entity we are not enrolled in a specific EU alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme, we notify you that the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was historically available for resolving disputes (website: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
). As of 2025, the ODR platform is being phased out by the EU authorities, but if you lodge a complaint via that platform prior to its discontinuation, we will respond. Otherwise, we are open to direct communication or mediation. We are not currently obligated to use (nor enrolled with) any specific ADR entity in the EU or UK. If we cannot resolve a dispute, and you wish to pursue further action, you are free to seek remedies in the courts as described above. For U.S. consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your rights to seek relief through legal action or applicable dispute resolution forums.

I n accordance with the EU ADR Directive and the UK ADR Regulations, Paysafe LLC hereby states that we are not obliged to participate in any Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings before consumer arbitration bodies, and we do not commit to doing so. However, we will consider ADR on a voluntary case-by-case basis if a consumer requests it.
12. User Conduct and Site Use
When using our website, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose (browsing and purchasing our products/services) and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not misuse the site by knowingly introducing viruses or other harmful material, attempting unauthorized access, or scraping data. Any feedback or content you submit (e.g., product reviews) should be lawful, not infringe others ’ rights, and not contain offensive or deceptive material. We reserve the right to remove user- submitted content that violates these standards or our policies.
13. Accessibility and Language
Some countries (such as France, Italy, Belgium, Poland, and Spain) require consumer contracts to be provided in the official language of the consumer’s residence. By using this website and placing an order, you acknowledge that the contract is concluded in English and that you understand the language of this agreement. If required by local law, we will provide a translation upon request.
We are committed to making our policies and website content accessible and understandable. Our website content and policies are provided in English, which is the governing language for all contracts on our site. If English is not your first language and you have difficulty understanding these Terms, please contact us for assistance. We may be able to provide summaries or support in other languages upon request, but the English version of these Terms and Conditions will prevail in any legal interpretation.
