Before you unfold it.

A few useful answers before the first page.

Choose your chart
Is this a regular book or a fold-out chart?

It is a hardcover containing connected accordion panels. The panels unfold into a continuous chart rather than turning like separate book pages.

What history does it include?

It presents biblical chronology alongside world-history streams, maps, portraits, illustrations and commentary. This is a historical chart with its original era’s perspective, not an up-to-date account of all world history.

Is the text in English?

Yes. The printed chart and commentary are in English.

Can I read it with my family?

It can be explored together. The print is detailed and the historical material benefits from discussion and comparison with current reference sources. No specific age or reading level is promised.

How much room do I need?

Use a clear table and unfold a few panels at a time. You can extend more of the chart when space allows; you do not need to open everything for a focused reading session.

What comes with my order?

One hardcover fold-out history chart. A separate key booklet, guidebook, stand, gift box and other accessories are not included in this offer.

When will it arrive?

Standard delivery is estimated at 12–24 business days including processing. Delivery depends on your destination; checkout confirms available shipping options.

Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Upon successful placement of your order and payment confirmation, we typically process and prepare your order for shipment within 1-3 business days. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. If there is any significant delay in processing (e.g., an item is temporarily out of stock), we will notify you via email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship our hair growth shampoo bars worldwide with certain exceptions. Our primary customer base is in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and other parts of Europe and Asia, and we strive to deliver to all these regions. If, for any reason, we cannot ship to your country or region, we will notify you at checkout or shortly after order placement and provide a full refund if payment was already made.

Please note: You are responsible for ensuring that import of our products is legal in your country. Our shampoo bars are topical cosmetic products, and some countries restrict, license, or require registration or additional documentation for the import of cosmetics or particular ingredients, so you should check your local rules before ordering. We are not responsible for packages refused or seized by customs due to unlawful status of the product in the destination country, but we will do our best to assist in such an unlikely event.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer two shipping options, both of which are presented at checkout:

• Tracked Shipping (11-21 Business Days) — $0.00: Our standard option. The parcel travels by post and is handed to your national postal service for final delivery. It is free on every order and usually delivers within 11–21 business days. Times can vary and may extend beyond that window for remote areas or due to customs clearance. Tracking is provided (often with limited tracking once the parcel passes to the local mail service in the destination country).
• Expressed Tracked Shipping (3-7 Business Days) — $4.73: A faster postal service that typically delivers within 3–7 business days. It costs a flat $4.73 per order and comes with tracking. We recommend it if you would like your order sooner or want more reliable transit times.

During checkout, each option will show its estimated delivery timeframe. Keep in mind these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates; actual delivery can be affected by factors outside our control (see “Delays” below).

Shipping Costs

We charge flat shipping rates rather than calculating a price from package weight or dimensions. Tracked Shipping (11-21 Business Days) is $0.00 on every order, and Expressed Tracked Shipping (3-7 Business Days) is $4.73 per order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize payment. The free option is always available to you, on every order and to every destination we serve — there is no minimum spend to qualify for it.

Be aware that only the faster option carries a charge, and that charge is the $4.73 shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are not included in the shipping fee (see “Customs, Duties & Taxes” below).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes tracking information. This will typically contain:

• The carrier name and service (e.g., the postal service or courier carrying your parcel).
• A tracking number or code.
• A URL or instructions on how to track the package. For international parcels, you might track via the dispatching postal carrier until it leaves the country of dispatch, and then via your local postal service site (using the same tracking number).

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the notification, as there may be a slight delay before the carrier scans the package into their system.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within the expected processing time, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International Orders (outside the United States): All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. As the recipient, you (the customer) are responsible for paying any such costs to your local customs authority or carrier before or upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these governmental charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as customs policies vary widely by country.

Here are important points to note:

• We will accurately describe the contents as a cosmetic product (shampoo bar) and declare the invoice value on the customs declaration form attached to your parcel, as required by law. We cannot mark orders as “ gift ” or understate the value to avoid customs fees, as that is illegal.
• If applicable, your country’s customs or the carrier will contact you (often via postcard, email, or phone) when the package is in customs, detailing any payable duties/VAT. They may hold the package until the charges are paid. Delays in payment can result in delivery delays or the package being returned to us.
• If a package is returned to us because you refused to pay import fees or did not arrange payment in time, we will treat it similar to a returned order. We can refund the product price minus any return shipping costs or fees we are charged (see Return Policy). We strongly urge you to be aware of your country’s import rules before ordering. If you need assistance or a rough estimate of duties, feel free to ask us and we’ll help to our best ability (though we can’t guarantee accuracy).

EU and UK VAT: As of now, we do not collect EU or UK VAT at checkout. If your order is below certain thresholds (e.g., €150 for EU, £135 for UK), normally the marketplace or seller must collect VAT under new rules. We are currently shipping directly from our fulfilment centre, and you as importer may be required to pay VAT on import or the carrier may require it on delivery. We are exploring options to streamline this (such as an IOSS registration for EU VAT collection) to improve customer experience. We will update our policies when / if we implement such systems. In the meantime, please be prepared for VAT payment on delivery. For higher-value orders above those thresholds, customs will definitely charge VAT and possibly duties (duty rates on cosmetic products vary by country, and some countries also ask for extra import paperwork, but VAT will apply at your country’s standard rate).

USA Sales Tax: For U.S. customers, any sales tax we are required to collect will be calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Where we are not required to collect sales tax in your state, some states may require you, as the purchaser, to self- assess use tax on your purchase when filing state taxes. If our obligations change under marketplace facilitator rules or state economic nexus thresholds, we will comply with state laws and either begin collecting sales tax or inform you accordingly.

Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages

Both of our shipping options are postal services, and neither requires a signature on delivery by default; the postal carrier may or may not request a signature depending on local practice. If delivery is attempted when no one is available, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt re-delivery. Often, postal shipments will be held at the local post office for a certain number of days for pickup. It is your responsibility to follow up with the postal service using the tracking information to arrange redelivery or pickup.

If a package is unclaimed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided, it may be returned to us. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (include any apartment or unit numbers, correct postal codes, etc.). If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to customer error (e.g., wrong address or failure to collect), we can reship it upon request, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. Alternatively, we can treat it as a return – see our Return and Refund Policy and the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for how refunds are handled in such cases (typically refund minus shipping costs). Because our products are personal care items sealed for hygiene reasons, any product that comes back with its seal or wrapper compromised is disposed of and is never returned to stock or resold; a returned parcel therefore results in a refund or a fresh reshipment, never a resale of compromised goods.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occur. Common causes of delay include customs processing in the destination country, weather disruptions, pandemic- related slowdowns, or carrier logistical issues. If your order is significantly delayed (more than a week past the estimated latest arrival), please contact us so we can help investigate. We may open a case with the carrier to track the package. Most delays are resolved with a bit of patience, but we understand it can be frustrating – we will do what we can to ensure you receive your order or a satisfactory solution.

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment (or within the agreed delivery timeframe), you have rights under consumer laws to a remedy. In the EU/UK, if we fail to deliver within the agreed time or, if no time agreed, within 30 days, you are entitled to cancel the order for a full refund. We voluntarily extend a similar promise to all our customers worldwide: if your package is extremely delayed or lost, we will either resend it or refund you. In practice, we consider a package “ lost ” if it hasn’t arrived within 30 days (for Expressed Tracked Shipping) or 45 days (for Tracked Shipping) after shipment, unless tracking shows it’s still making progress. We will file a lost package claim with the carrier and proceed with refund / reshipment.

Risk of Loss and Damage

All shipments are insured or otherwise protected against loss or damage in transit. We bear the risk of loss until the item is delivered to you (or a person designated by you) at the address you provided. This is in line with legal requirements for consumer sales. If the tracking shows “ delivered ” but you did not receive the item, please check with household members or neighbors to ensure it wasn’t mis- delivered, and contact the carrier for GPS delivery confirmation if available. Then inform us – we will work with you and the carrier to investigate. Ultimately, if a package was mis- delivered or lost after the carrier marked it delivered, we will make reasonable efforts to find it or file a claim. We may require you to sign an affidavit of non- receipt (for insurance purposes) before we re- ship or refund in such cases.

If your package arrives and the contents are damaged, a seal or wrapper is broken, or items are missing, please:

1. Note the damage with the carrier if possible (e.g., if box is visibly damaged, have the delivery person make a record or take a photo).
2. Take photographs of the damage to the packaging and the product.
3. Keep all packaging materials.
4. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Because our shampoo bars are personal care products sealed for hygiene, a damaged or unsealed item cannot be put right and cannot be resold – so our remedy is always a replacement shipment or a refund, at no cost to you. In most cases photographs are all we need, and rather than asking you to ship the affected product back we may ask you to dispose of it. Please do not use a product that arrives damaged or with a broken seal. Where an insurance claim requires it, we may ask you to cooperate in the claim process.

Once you (or your designated recipient) have accepted and taken possession of the package, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to you. This means you should take care in handling and storing your order once it arrives; any subsequent loss, theft, or damage that occurs in your possession is not covered by us (though your purchase might be covered by any personal insurance or possibly credit card purchase protection, if applicable). But rest assured, problems that occur up to delivery are on us.

Package Insurance

For larger orders, we typically insure the shipment for its full value. If a carrier offers default coverage (many postal services include insurance up to a certain value), we use that and may purchase additional coverage if needed. This insurance covers loss or damage in transit. You do not need to pay extra for this; it’s included in the shipping arrangements we make, and it does not change the price of either shipping option. In case of a claim, we handle the process, but as noted, may require information from you (like a statement or photos). Our goal is to ensure you either receive the product you ordered in good condition or get your money back.

Special Circumstances

• Pre-orders or Backorders: If you pre-order a product or if an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, the product listing or confirmation will inform you of the expected shipping date. We will ship such orders as soon as stock is available, and keep you updated of any changes. If at any time you wish to cancel a pre-order for a full refund before it ships, you may do so by contacting us.
• Multiple Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, we might ship them separately (for example, if one item is delayed or coming from a different warehouse). We will inform you if that is the case. You will not be charged extra for split shipments. The order confirmation or follow-up email will clarify which items are in each shipment and provide respective tracking numbers.
• Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can often update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once a postal shipment is in transit we generally cannot redirect it, so we will have to wait and see if it gets delivered or returned. Additional costs for reshipping to a corrected address may be passed on to you if the mistake was not ours, so double-check your address at checkout.
• Signature Requirements: Neither of our shipping options includes a signature requirement as standard, so in most cases the parcel will simply be left at your address or held for pickup. Whether a signature is requested depends on local postal practices; registered or held items often require a signature or ID at pickup. If you would prefer the parcel to be held at your local post office rather than left at the door, you can usually arrange that directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
• Unforeseen Events: In the event of major disruptions (e.g., natural disaster, major pandemic lockdowns, or geopolitical events) that affect international shipping, we will do our best to inform you of potential delays. If such an event makes fulfillment impossible, we will cancel and refund orders as necessary.

Contact and Support

If you have any questions about shipping, or if you encounter any issue with your delivery, please contact our support at contact@venatorcommerce.com. We are here to help. Provide your order number for faster assistance. We typically respond within 1-2 business days. For urgent issues (like needing to change an address shortly after ordering), mark the email as “ Urgent: Shipping” in the subject line and we will prioritize it.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction in our delivery process and will continuously refine our shipping practices in line with customer feedback and evolving regulations.

Returns policy

Last Updated: 19th of August, 2026

1. Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal) – Before Shipment

• Order Cancellation: If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a cancellation before your order has shipped. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible at contact@venatorcommerce.com with the subject “Cancel Order [Order #]”. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund of the purchase price and any shipping fees via your original payment method. This applies to any order that has not yet been dispatched.
• If Already Shipped: If your cancellation request comes after the order has been shipped or after it has been delivered (i.e., you receive the package and then decide you no longer want it), please refer to the relevant sections below. Once an order is in transit, we generally cannot intercept it to cancel delivery, but you may still refuse the delivery or contact us afterward per this policy.

2. 30-Day Return Period (Change of Mind)

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied or simply changed your mind, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies to customers worldwide, so it extends beyond the minimum 14-day EU right of withdrawal.

Conditions for 30-Day Returns:

• Sealed and Unopened (our main condition): The Ceyla hair growth shampoo bar is a personal care product sealed for hygiene reasons. Once its wrapper or seal has been opened, it cannot be returned to stock or sold to anyone else, so we cannot physically accept it back. To send a product back to us, it must be unopened with its factory seal intact.
• If You Have Already Opened It: Please do not ship opened product back to us. You are still covered by the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee — simply email contact@venatorcommerce.com within 30 days of delivery and we will process your refund without requiring a return. This is a deliberately more generous approach than the law requires (see Section 8).
• Include the original outer packaging where possible. If you have discarded the outer packaging, please ensure the sealed product is safely packed for the return journey. Missing non-essential outer packaging won’t necessarily void your return, but may reduce the refund if it causes a loss in the value of what comes back to us.
• You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the product (delivery date as per tracking). “Initiate” means contacting us to obtain return authorization (or simply sending an unopened item back with a clear statement inside; for EU withdrawals you can use the standard form). We strongly recommend you contact us first for a smooth process.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Email contact@venatorcommerce.com with your order number, the item(s) concerned, whether the pack is still sealed, and the reason (optional, but feedback is appreciated to improve our products). For EU/UK customers exercising the statutory withdrawal, stating “I wish to withdraw from the contract” is sufficient.
2. Receive Return Instructions: We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and, if a physical return is needed, the return address (as listed above). We may also provide a pre-paid return shipping label in certain cases (damaged, unsealed-on-arrival or incorrect items, or special promotions). Typically, for change-of-mind returns of sealed product, the customer covers return shipping (see “Return Shipping Costs” below). Where the pack has already been opened, we will simply confirm your refund — there is nothing to ship.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the sealed item. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package or include it inside. Ship using a trackable method to the address provided. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
4. Notify & Track: Email us the tracking number so we can also monitor the return.
5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will check its condition and process your refund (or exchange) accordingly. We aim to complete this within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds that do not require a physical return are processed as soon as we have confirmed your order.

3. Return Shipping Costs and Method

• Change of Mind (Customer pays): If you are sending back a sealed item because you changed your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, ordered the wrong item, etc., you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You may choose any reliable carrier; we advise using one with tracking and insurance for the value of the item, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you’d prefer, we can assist by providing a return label and deducting the shipping cost from your refund – let us know if you want this option and we’ll inform you of the cost.
• Damaged, Unsealed on Arrival or Wrong Item (We pay): If your order arrives damaged or crushed, with a broken or missing seal, or is a different item from what you ordered, we will cover any return shipping. We may provide a prepaid return label (for certain countries we have that capability) or ask you to ship via standard mail and reimburse the cost. In many cases — particularly where the seal is compromised and the product can no longer be sold — we will not ask for the item back at all, and will instead send a replacement or issue a refund directly. We’ll communicate with you based on the situation.
• Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery of the package and it is returned to us, we will treat it as a return. For change-of-mind refusals, you might be responsible for the return portion of shipping (as carriers charge return postage in such cases). However, we will not impose any additional restocking fee and will refund the product price when it arrives back. For refusal due to obvious damage in transit, we cover it as a carrier issue (no cost to you; see Shipping Policy on damaged parcels).
• Return Address: As mentioned, returns are processed at our returns facility in China. The address is: Paysafe LLC – Returns, Floor 1, Unit 3, Building 12, Wuxiye District 2, Futang Town, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, China. Please ensure this is clearly written on the package. If you’re in the USA/EU and this is international, we understand shipping can be a bit costly; we’re exploring local return options in the future, but return shipping costs vary by destination and service. Keep your postage receipt in case of reimbursement situations. Before paying to ship anything, please check with us first — in a great many cases we do not need the product back.

4. Condition and Inspection of Returns

When we receive your return, our team will check its condition:

• If the pack arrives back sealed, unopened and in resaleable condition, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price (minus any original shipping fee if that is not refundable – see below about original shipping).
• If the outer packaging is damaged, or units are missing from a multi-pack, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund reflecting the diminished value of what we received. We will be fair and transparent about this deduction: you will receive an email detailing any issues found and the amount deducted. We prefer not to deduct if avoidable, so please keep the product sealed and stored normally until you’re sure you want to keep it.
• If an item arrives back to us opened, unsealed, used, tampered with or repackaged, we cannot return it to saleable stock, and for health and safety reasons we will not send it back out to you or to anyone else — we dispose of it responsibly. That does not by itself cost you your money: if your request falls within the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee or a statutory right, we will still process your refund without the goods. We will always contact you rather than quietly deny a claim.

For damaged, unsealed-on-arrival or wrong items, our inspection is just to confirm the issue you reported (for example, checking the condition of the seal and the outer packaging). You will receive a full refund or replacement as chosen, provided our inspection aligns with the reported problem. (If we find the product is in fact intact and correctly supplied, we’ll get in touch to clarify and decide how to proceed — we won’t arbitrarily deny a return, but we might treat it as a normal change-of-mind return if the pack is still sealed.)

5. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, we will process the refund or exchange:

• Refund: We will issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will go back to that card. If PayPal, back to your PayPal account, etc. Please note that it can take a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on the bank or payment provider. We will email you a confirmation when the refund is processed on our end. If you used a gift card or store credit to purchase, we will reissue store credit.
• Original Shipping Fee: If your order included a separate shipping charge, here’s how we handle it:
o For full order returns (the whole order comes back, or the whole order is refunded): In compliance with EU regulations for consumer withdrawals, we will also refund the original shipping fee you paid up to the cost of our standard shipping option. Our standard option is Tracked Shipping (11-21 Business Days) at $0.00, so if you upgraded to Expressed Tracked Shipping (3-7 Business Days) at $4.73, we refund the standard cost only and the $4.73 upgrade is not refunded — unless the return is due to our error, in which case we refund it in full. For non-EU customers, we generally follow the same practice as a courtesy.
o For partial returns (you keep some items and return or refund others): Original shipping is usually not refunded, since we did ship part of the order to you as desired. Because we charge a flat shipping rate rather than pricing by item or weight, typically the shipping fee is considered earned if any part of the order was delivered successfully.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns that meet our policy conditions. The only deductions from refunds would be for missing / damaged value as discussed, or unpaid return shipping costs that we covered on your behalf (e.g., you used our label and we need to subtract that amount).
• Exchange: If you requested an exchange (e.g., a different product) and we have agreed, we will ship the replacement to you once your claim is confirmed — for sealed returns, once the item is received and checked. We will not charge additional shipping for sending the exchange (except if it’s a significantly different item that changes shipping cost, but we’ll discuss that). If the exchange item is of a different value:
o If it’s higher-priced, we’ll arrange payment for the difference before shipping the exchange.
o If it’s lower-priced, we can refund the difference or issue store credit for the difference, as you prefer.
o Exchange shipments follow the same delivery times and tracking process as a new order (we’ll provide details on dispatch).

6. Exceptions to the Return Policy

While we aim to be flexible, some items cannot be sent back to us:

• Opened, Unsealed or Used Product (the main rule): Our product is a personal care item, sealed at the point of manufacture for hygiene reasons. Once that seal is broken we cannot accept the item back, restock it, or supply it to another customer under any circumstances — it is a personal hygiene product, not something that can be inspected and put back on the shelf. This mirrors EU and UK consumer law, which exempts goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, and unsealed after delivery, from the right of withdrawal. Important: this exception is about the goods travelling back to us, not about your money. Within 30 days of delivery, the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee still applies to opened product — we simply refund you without asking for a return.
• Gift Cards: If we offer gift cards, those are final sale and not redeemable for cash unless required by law (though the recipient can use them to purchase products which then fall under this return policy).
• Clearance or “As-Is” Items: If any product is sold explicitly as “Clearance”, “Final Sale”, or “As-Is” (meaning it’s heavily discounted and we’ve noted no returns), then it may not be eligible for return for change of mind, except where a statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer right applies to you. Naturally, if such an item reaches you damaged, or with its seal broken or missing, we will address that – we won’t leave a customer holding a product they cannot use.

Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated on the product page or at the point of sale, so you won’t be caught by surprise.

7. Damaged, Unsealed or Incorrect Products

This section overlaps with our quality guarantee from the Terms, but to reiterate:

If your order arrives damaged or crushed, with a broken or missing seal, or is not what you ordered, through no fault of your own, you have the right to a replacement or a refund. Within 30 days of delivery, that choice is yours under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. After 30 days, contact us and we will honour any applicable statutory rights, including the 2-year EU legal guarantee where it applies. In addition, the product is covered by our voluntary 1.5-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects: if a manufacturing defect appears within 18 months of delivery, contact us and we will replace the product or refund you. Because a personal care product of this kind cannot be repaired, the remedy in every case is a replacement or your money back — never a repair. We will cover all shipping costs in such cases.

For minor issues — for example one damaged pack within a larger order — we may simply send a replacement or refund that portion without asking you to send anything back, which is faster for everyone. Please do not use a product that reached you damaged or with the seal broken; let us know and dispose of it, and we will make it right.

If a fault is confirmed and you prefer a refund rather than a replacement, we will provide that (the refund may be full or, if you had the product for a long period and used a substantial part of it, possibly a partial refund as appropriate under local laws; but generally, within a reasonable time of purchase, a full refund for a significant fault is appropriate).

8. Process for EU/UK Consumers (Summary of Statutory Rights)

EU and UK consumers have certain statutory rights which we fully adhere to:

• You have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase (as detailed above, and we extended it to 30 days).
• If you exercise that right, we refund you within 14 days of being informed, but we can wait to refund until we have the goods back or proof of return shipping (we typically do wait for sealed goods or proof). Where the goods are sealed items you have already opened, we do not ask for them back at all and refund without a return.
• You must send sealed goods back within 14 days of notifying withdrawal, at your cost (unless we agreed to cover it). We will refund the original delivery charge as well (standard method).
• You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. For a sealed personal care product, essentially the only handling that reduces value is breaking the seal.
• EU and UK law exempts goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery, from the statutory right of withdrawal. Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee deliberately goes further than this: within 30 days we refund opened product too, without a return.
• Separate from the above, you have at least a 2-year legal guarantee for any lack of conformity (defective product) that was present at delivery (or that manifests later within that period without misuse). During that period you can request a free remedy — for a product of this kind repair is not possible, so the remedy is replacement — and if replacement is impossible or disproportionate, a refund or price reduction. Our policy, as noted, aligns with this (we voluntarily add the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on top, and beyond that, follow the law).
• Our returns and refunds policy does not affect these legal rights; it is intended to implement them and even exceed them in some respects (like the extended period, global coverage, and refunding opened product).

9. Refund Timeline and Customer Support

We strive to handle returns quickly:

• Where no physical return is needed (opened product, or claims we settle directly), we aim to approve and issue your refund within 5 business days of your email.
• Where a sealed item is shipped back to us, it usually takes 7-21 days to reach us (depending on your location and shipping method).
• After arrival, we aim to check the item and issue the refund within 5-7 business days.
• After refund issued, your bank/card may take 2-7 days to post it.
• Overall, you can expect the whole process to take perhaps 2-4 weeks where an item ships back to us, and considerably less where it does not. We appreciate your patience. We will keep you updated via email at key steps (when we receive the return, when we issue the refund, etc.).

If you have not received your refund and it’s been longer than stated, please:

• Check your bank or PayPal account again (sometimes it shows up a few days later).
• Contact your credit card company or bank; sometimes there is a processing delay on their side.
• If you still have issues, email us and we will trace the refund transaction (we can provide ARN for card refunds if needed for your bank to trace).

10. Contact for Returns

For any questions or to initiate a return, you can reach our returns department at:

• Email: contact@venatorcommerce.com (mention “Return” or “Refund” in the subject for quicker routing)
• Address: (if you need to mail us or include in return) Paysafe LLC – Returns, Floor 1, Unit 3, Building 12, Wuxiye District 2, Futang Town, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, China.

Our customer service team will guide you through the process. We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth and fair resolution for any return or refund situation.

11. Additional Notes

• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to decline a return or refund in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the policy. For example, if someone is found to be repeatedly ordering and claiming refunds order after order, or sending back items that are not our product, we will address that appropriately. This is to protect us and honest customers. Such cases are rare, and we will always communicate with the customer in question to resolve any discrepancy.
• Policy Changes: This Return and Refund Policy may be updated occasionally (for example, if we add new product categories or adjust for new laws). The effective date will always be noted. However, your purchase is covered by the policy version in effect at the time of your order, unless a change is required by law (in which case the improved legal requirement applies retroactively if mandated).
• Language: This policy is provided in English. If you need help understanding any part of it or require it in another language, please reach out. We intend to be transparent and avoid legalese; if something is not clear, we’ll happily clarify.
Privacy policy

Last Updated: 19th of August, 2026

1. Introduction

Paysafe LLC (“ we ” or “ us ”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit ceyla.co or purchase our products/services. It also explains your rights under various privacy laws. Paysafe LLC (8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States) is the “data controller” for purposes of EU and UK data protection law, and the business (covered entity) for U.S. privacy law purposes. By using our website, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our services. We may update this Policy occasionally (see section 9 on changes).

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you (“Personal Data”). We collect this information in several ways:

• Information You Provide Directly: When you place an order or register an account, you provide information such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number (optional), payment details (payment card number, which is processed by our payment processor – we do not store full card numbers), and any preferences or special requests. If you contact us (e.g., via email), we will collect the information contained in your correspondence. If you create an account, we may collect additional information such as your account login credentials and any profile information you choose to provide.
• Information Collected Automatically: When you browse our site, we use cookies and similar technologies to automatically collect certain data about your device and usage of our site. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and dates/times of access. In addition to essential cookies that are necessary for the website to function (for example, session cookies that keep track of your cart contents), we and our partners use analytics and advertising technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) pixel — to measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs. Where required by law (for example, for visitors from the EU/UK), non-essential cookies and trackers are only activated with your consent, which you can give or withdraw through the cookie preferences on our site.
• Information from Third Parties: If you use a third -party login (if we enable “Login with Google” or similar in future) or if you engage with us on social media, those services might send us certain information about you (according to their privacy settings and policies). For example, if you click an Instagram or Facebook ad for our product, those platforms may inform us of aggregate data like how many people clicked (but not personal identities unless you’ve given permission). Currently, we do not actively obtain personal data from third -party marketers or data brokers.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as race, ethnic origin, health information, or biometrics) or data about children. Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU without parental consent). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use the collected personal data for the following purposes:

• To Fulfill Orders and Provide Services: We process your name, address, payment info, etc., to process transactions, ship your orders, and to communicate with you about your orders (e.g., order confirmations, shipping notifications). This is primarily to perform our contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Customer Service: If you contact us with a question, feedback, or need support, we will use your contact information and any information you give us to respond and resolve issues. We may also use your email to send important service or account- related announcements (for example, if there’s a recall or a major update about a product you purchased, or changes to our terms). Service communications of this nature are considered necessary for the use of our service.
• Marketing Communications (Opt-in): With your consent, we may use your email address to send you our newsletter, promotions, or updates about new products or services. We will only send you marketing emails if you have affirmatively subscribed (opted in) to such communications. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “ unsubscribe ” link in any marketing email or by contacting us. We do not spam and we do not sell your information to third -party advertisers. Our marketing practices comply with laws like CAN-SPAM (in the U.S.) and, where applicable, GDPR/UK GDPR consent requirements for electronic marketing.
• Account Management: If you create an account, we use your data to authenticate you when you log in, to show you your order history, and to help you manage your details.
• Improving Our Services: We may use usage data (mostly aggregated or anonymized) to analyze how our site is used, in order to improve the user experience, fix technical issues, and tailor our offerings. For example, we might look at aggregated data to see which product pages are most visited or identify confusion in the checkout process. When feasible, we use non- identifiable data for analytics. If we ever introduce more analytic tools, we will update this policy and, if required, obtain consent.
• Legal Compliance and Protection: We may process personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., record-keeping for tax, customs, or accounting purposes; responding to lawful requests by public authorities). We also may process data to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of you or others – for example, to detect and prevent fraud, security or technical issues, or if necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK visitors): We only process your personal data when we have a legal basis to do so under GDPR/UK GDPR. The bases we rely on are:

• Performance of a Contract: for data used to fulfill orders, process payments, and provide you with products/services you requested.
• Consent: for marketing emails or certain cookies (where applicable) – we will ask for your consent before processing your data for these purposes.
• Legitimate Interests: for uses necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) provided those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights. For instance, our legitimate interests include improving our site’s functionality, preventing fraud, securing our IT systems, and understanding our customer base. If we rely on legitimate interest, we will ensure our interest is balanced against your privacy.
• Legal Obligation: when processing is required to comply with a law, such as retaining transaction records for tax audits or providing information to law enforcement if properly requested.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies: Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use a minimal number of cookies on ceyla.co. These include:

• Essential Cookies: These are necessary for core functionality, such as keeping items in your shopping cart, maintaining your session login, or remembering your cookie preferences. Without these, the site may not function correctly. They do not require consent.
• Analytics and Advertising Cookies: We use a small number of third-party technologies to understand site performance and measure our advertising, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which helps us measure the effectiveness of our ads and reach people who may be interested in our products. These technologies may collect information about your device and your interactions with our site and our ads. For visitors in regions where consent is required (such as the EU/UK), these technologies are only activated after you consent via our cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. You can also limit tracking through your browser settings and, for Meta specifically, through your Facebook ad preferences.

Opt-Out Preference Signals: Where required by applicable law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Legacy “Do Not Track” browser signals have no settled industry standard; if that evolves, we will re-evaluate our approach.

For completeness, if you navigate to external links (such as our Instagram or YouTube pages), those third -party sites might set their own cookies. Our Privacy Policy does not cover external sites – please refer to those sites ’ policies.

Cookie Choices: Our cookie consent mechanism for EU/UK visitors covers all non-essential cookies, and customers always have the option to refuse them. If we add further analytics or advertising technologies in the future, they will be brought under the same consent mechanism before activation.

5. How We Share Your Personal Data

We value your privacy. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising tools such as the Meta pixel may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA/CPRA; California residents can opt out of such sharing at any time (see Section 8). However, we do share certain data with third parties in the following contexts, as necessary to run our business or comply with law:

• Service Providers: We use trusted third -party companies to perform functions on our behalf. For example:
o Payment Processors: to securely handle credit card transactions (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Your payment info is transmitted directly to them; we receive confirmation of payment and limited info (like last 4 digits of card, card type). These processors are PCI-DSS compliant and are contractually prohibited from using your data for anything other than processing our transactions.
o Shipping Partners: to deliver your orders, we share your name and shipping address (and phone or email as needed for delivery updates) with postal services or courier companies (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx or local delivery partners). They use this data only for shipping and delivery communications.
o Cloud Storage and IT Providers: Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., our e-commerce platform, and data may also be stored with other IT providers. These providers store data on our behalf (such as account info and order history) and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
o Email Service: We may use an email service (like an SMTP relay or marketing email platform) to send communications. If you subscribed to our newsletter, your name and email might be stored in that platform to facilitate mailings. We ensure any such platform complies with applicable privacy laws (for example, some providers offer EU- hosted data storage).
o Advertising and Analytics Partners: We share certain information (such as device identifiers, IP address, and pages viewed or actions taken on our site) with advertising platforms — currently Meta Platforms, Inc. — via the Meta pixel, to measure and improve our advertising.

All our service providers are chosen for their strong data protection practices. We have data processing agreements as needed (especially for EU personal data) to ensure they protect your information according to our standards and applicable law.

• Affiliates and Corporate Transactions: If Paysafe LLC ever is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We would ensure the new holder of your personal data continues to be bound by terms that are at least as protective as those in this Policy, and we would notify you of the change either via the website or email.
• Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose personal data to courts, law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or other competent bodies when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or request (such as a court order or subpoena), or to protect our rights or the rights of others. Examples include fraud prevention or investigating any potential violation of law or our Terms. We will carefully review each request to ensure it has valid legal basis before disclosing information.
• With Your Consent: In cases where you have provided consent for us to share your info, we will do so in accordance with that consent. For instance, if we were to run a co- branded promotion and you consent to share your details with the third party running the promotion, we would share as consented. (This is merely an example; we currently have no such program).

We do not share your information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes unless you have given permission.

6. International Data Transfers

We are a United States-based company. The personal data we collect from you will be stored and processed primarily in Delaware and possibly on servers located in other countries (for example, if our web hosting or email servers are located in the United States or the EU). If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws, please note that your personal data may be transferred to jurisdictions (such as the United States) that may not have the same level of data protection as your home country.

When we transfer personal data out of the EEA/UK, we will take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with GDPR Chapter V requirements. These may include:

• Adequacy Decisions: The United States is covered by an EU adequacy decision only for organisations certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and we are not currently certified, so we rely on other mechanisms as described below. (We note that Delaware state law may offer its own privacy protections, but U.S. state law is not recognized as adequate by the EU at this time.)
• Standard Contractual Clauses: We have standard data protection clauses (Standard Contractual Clauses, SCCs) in place with our service providers as required, obligating them to protect EU personal data in line with EU standards.
• Your Consent or Other Derogations: In certain cases, we may rely on your explicit consent for cross- border transfer (for instance, if you initiate a transaction that inherently requires your data be sent to a non-EU country), or another permitted derogation under Article 49 GDPR (such as transfer necessary for the performance of a contract with you, e.g., an international shipping label).

You can contact us for more information on the safeguards we implement for international transfers.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In general:

• Order and Transaction Data: We keep records of purchases, correspondence, and basic account information for at least the minimum period required by applicable law. For example, in the United States and many jurisdictions, financial records must be kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Similarly, if you make a purchase, we retain details of that transaction to provide customer service and honor our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, returns, and any statutory rights you have under EU/UK consumer law.
• Account Information: If you create an account, we retain your account data until you request deletion or after a period of inactivity. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information associated with the account (except data we are required to keep for legal reasons, which we will retain securely and limit access to).
• Marketing: If you have consented to receive marketing emails, we retain your contact info for that purpose until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Upon unsubscribe, we may keep your email on a suppression list to ensure we honor your opt -out going forward.
• Web Logs: Our server logs and security logs (which may include IP addresses) are generally retained for a short period (e.g. 90 days) unless reviewed for a specific investigation into suspicious activity, in which case relevant data might be kept until the issue is resolved.

When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your personal data, we will securely delete or anonymize it. If deletion or anonymization is not possible (for example, because your personal data is stored in backups), then we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (“DPA”), such as the CNIL (France), Garante (Italy), ICO (UK), or the supervisory authority of the EU Member State where you reside.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have certain legal rights with respect to your personal data. We are committed to honoring these rights. These may include:

For EU/EEA and UK Individuals (GDPR/DPA 2018):

• Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of personal data we hold about you, and information about how we process it.
• Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccuracies in your personal data or complete data that is incomplete. You can also update some of your information by logging into your account, if you have one.
• Right to Erasure: You can request that we delete your personal data under certain circumstances (for example, if it’s no longer necessary for us to retain it, or if you withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies). We will honor valid requests to the extent required by law. Note that certain data cannot be deleted if we have a legal obligation to keep it (e.g. transaction history for financial reporting) or other overriding legitimate interest.
• Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to ask us to suspend the processing of some of your data (e.g., if you contest the accuracy of the data or have objected to processing pending verification).
• Right to Data Portability: Where processing is based on your consent or a contract with you and carried out by automated means, you have the right to request a common electronic format of the data you provided to us, so you can transfer it to another provider if desired.
• Right to Object: You may object to our processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis, and your situation has particular grounds that you believe override our interests. You also have an unconditional right to object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes – if you object, we will stop processing for marketing.
• Right not to be subject to Automated Decisions: We do not engage in automated decision-making (including profiling) that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. If we ever do, you would have the right to human intervention and to contest the decision.

To exercise your EU/UK data rights, please contact us at contact@venatorcommerce.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity to ensure we do not disclose or delete data improperly. We will respond within one month (or up to three months for complex requests, in which case we will inform you of the need for extension). There is no fee for making a request, except in cases of excessive or unfounded requests where we are permitted by law to charge a reasonable fee or refuse.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: If you are in the EU/EEA, you can contact your country’s Data Protection Authority; if in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concerns directly.

For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): If you are a California resident and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies to our processing of your data (note: CCPA generally applies to businesses with over $25 million in revenue or handling large volumes of Californians ’ data; while Paysafe LLC may not meet those thresholds yet, we still aim to honor basic requests):

• Right to Know: You can request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell (we note that we do not sell personal info). You may request the specific pieces of information or the categories of information.
• Right to Delete: You can request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (similar to the erasure right above).
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell personal information for money, but our use of advertising pixels may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. You may opt out of such sharing at any time by emailing contact@venatorcommerce.com with “Do Not Share My Personal Information” in the subject, by refusing non-essential cookies in our cookie preferences, or via an opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control), which we honor where required by law.
• Right to Non- Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights (meaning we won’t deny service, change pricing, or degrade service quality just because you made a data request).

To submit a California privacy request, you (or an authorized agent) may contact us at contact@venatorcommerce.com with “CCPA Request ” in the subject. We will need to verify your California residency and identity (which may involve providing additional data or signing a declaration). We aim to respond within the statutory 45 days, or inform you of an extension if needed.

For Other Regions: If you reside in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights not listed above (e.g., Canada, Australia, Brazil’s LGPD, etc.), please know that we respect all users’ privacy and will endeavor to fulfill requests to access, correct, or delete personal data as applicable. Contact us and we will inform you of what we can do under applicable law.

Email Preferences: As noted, you can always unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in the email. Transactional /service emails (like order confirmations, password resets) are necessary and you cannot opt out of those if you use our services, except by not using the service.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption of sensitive information (such as using HTTPS/TLS for all data transfer on our site), firewalls, access controls restricting personal data to trained staff who need it for their job, and regular security assessments of our systems. Payment information is handled by PCI- compliant processors. We also maintain procedures to handle any suspected data breach, including notifying you and authorities when required by law.

Please note that, despite our efforts, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for any access to or use of the site via your credentials. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We will never ask you for your password via email.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website might contain links to external websites or services that are not operated by us (for example, links to our official pages on Instagram, or references to third -party reviews or resources). This Privacy Policy only applies to our website and services. Once you leave our site or interact with a third -party integration, that third party’s privacy policy will apply. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third -party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. The “Last Updated ” date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised. If we make material changes (for example, if we start collecting additional personal data or using data in a new way that you might not expect), we will provide a more prominent notice of the change, such as by posting an alert on our homepage or emailing users who are affected, where required by law. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.

By continuing to use our website or services after any updates become effective, you acknowledge the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the site and can request us to delete your personal data if applicable.

12. Contact Us

• Postal Mail: Data Protection Officer (or Privacy Team), Paysafe LLC, 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States.
